Privacy Policy

This is the short, plain-English version of how PennyLarge handles your information. If anything here is unclear, email brian@pennylarge.com and we will answer in plain language.

What we collect

When you contact us through the website, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, and any message you choose to send through the form. That is the entire list.

No payment data — no card numbers, no bank details, no crypto wallet keys — is ever collected on this website. Payment information is only handled later, through the secure systems of our banking and processing partners, after you have become a customer and explicitly chosen to share it.

How we use it

We use the information you give us for three things:

  • To respond to your inquiry.
  • To schedule and prepare for a consultation call.
  • To provide merchant services to you if you become a customer.

We may text or email you about your inquiry, your scheduled call, or about your account and service once you are a customer. If you have opted in to SMS, message frequency varies based on the conversation; standard message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How we DON'T use it

We never sell, rent, or share customer information with outside parties for marketing or any other purpose. Period.

No personal information, mobile number, or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No data brokers. No advertising networks. No partner email lists. The information you give us stays between you and PennyLarge, and is only ever shared with the banking and processing partners that are necessary to actually deliver the service you signed up for.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, plus a reasonable amount of time after for legal and accounting purposes. For financial records, that retention period is typically seven years, which matches standard IRS and banking recordkeeping expectations.

If you contacted us but never became a customer, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the information we have about you.
  • Request that we delete your information, subject to the retention rules above.
  • Opt out of marketing or SMS communications at any time.

To make any of these requests, email brian@pennylarge.com. We will respond within a reasonable amount of time, usually within a few business days.

Cookies and analytics

If and when we add web analytics, we will use standard tools to understand things like how many people visit the site and which pages they read. That helps us improve the site over time.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers that follow you around the internet after you leave our site.
